Qualifications
Required skills/experience:
- Lean Black Belt
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of Operational Excellence, Continuous Process Improvement and/or Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Ability to travel
- Demonstrated transformational capabilities towards operational excellence
- Demonstrated success in contributing to a continuous process improvement environment
- Ability to manage ambiguous situations, strong critical thinking and ability to be decisive while working cooperatively
