Job description

The Technical Lead will perform technical development and deployment leadership for the IBM US based, GD landed and GD resources assigned to the ICD-10 engagement. This role is a critical, client facing role and requires the Technical Lead to be able to manage the technical resources to the already established project work plan, communicate status to all levels of management and deal with the changing environment at this maturing client from an IT SDLC approach perspective. Since IBM is accountable for the end-to-end remediation of Cross Reference Tables (EDW Component), Custom Code Components, and Facets configuration, the Technical Lead will be required to manage multiple workstreams to achieve success.

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 5 years experience in leading large scale development teams in mission critical setting
• At least 5 years experience in working in a multi-country delivery team setting; collaboration with Global Delivery or Remote Resources
• At least 3 years experience in and working knowledge of TriZetto Facets claims processing system.
• At least 3 years experience in vendor management or dealing with vendor supplied software as an integrator.
• At least 3 years experience in a healthcare setting, either in IT or Business.
• Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
• English: Basic knowledge

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years experience in leading large scale development teams in mission critical setting
• At least 7 years experience in working in a multi-country delivery team setting; collaboration with Global Delivery or Remote Resources
• At least 5 years experience in and working knowledge of TriZetto Facets claims processing system.
• At least 5 years experience in and working knowledge of Enterprise Datawarehouse and ODSs
• At least 5 years experience in vendor management or dealing with vendor supplied software as an integrator.
• At least 5 years experience in a healthcare setting, either in IT or Business.
• At least 5 years experience in and working knowledge of Datastage, Java, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, and other development environments.
• English : Intermediate
