Position General Description:

CLS Operations Senior Manager strives to strengthen customer trust by providing enterprise customer & logistics services that enhance the customer experience while ensuring a safe and compliant supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:

Tracking inbound shipments (includes any re-label/repack during the inbound process - (at plant, DC, or ext-mfg). Day to Day contact with Brokerage, FF, customs, to manage import processes.

Improve Lead-time by resolving any day to day issues in the inbound (or export process as needed)

Provide accurate ETA info to key stakeholders incorporate information in case of Back-Order at source with inputs from the planning team.

Basic warehouse management processes - including but not limited to: receiving, put-away , 4 wall w/h Mgt & inventory accuracy, Pick , Pack, Ship, delivery documentation, staging, load vehicles + ship, SLOB analysis , Destruction, product expiration and commercialization date management, capacity and resource planning (Link With PLAN processes as needed)

Provide accurate Order Status Information in terms of actual & estimated ship date based on agreed service level rules

Control & improvement for procurement & usage distribution Materials (pallets, shipping boxes, etc.)- Direct or indirect (in event of activity based contract)

Reduce lead-time variability to provide more dependable estimated times of arrival as well as input of reliable lead-time assumptions to the PLANNING team.

Seek for improvements which optimize overall supply chain costs affected by lead-time, freight costs, inventory safety stock and other factors.

Monitor performance. Provide root cause analysis and set corrective actions as needed.

Control of special warehouse Services/capabilities (Wash center, Cold chain storage, etc.) as required.

Invoicing for normal model (pick/pack/ship/invoice) - note invoicing for post-consumption is performed by Customer Service.

Position reports to:Director CLS Northern Region

Cualificaciones

10+ years in prior experience managing finished goods warehouse operations with linkage to order-to-cash functions is required.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, or related.

Lean Training Certifications are required.

MA/MS/MBA Education is desired.

APICS is desired.

Fluency in local language + English fluency are required.
