Channel Management Business Partner -China Orthopedics Group-Shanghai-000008GT

Description
- Develop and drive channel management strategy and key initiatives by working closely with relevant CM functional teams to align with JJMC strategy
- Help business groups/units customize channel management strategy, which includes channel model definition, year over year channel planning, channel management capability reinforcement and channel strategic project delivery
- Build up channel development landscape and strategic trends analysis
- Streamline Channel Management strategy year over year and lead channel management key projects
- Adhere healthcare related industry's evolvement and environment to advise JJMC channel development strategy
- Provide JJMC channel management strategy with facts and information based analysis
- Communicate channel management strategy and access deployment with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

- Being self-driven and objective oriented
- Strong strategic thinking, reliable mindset and rational analysis skill
- Strong collaboration and multiple communication capability
- Professional presentation and reporting skills
- In-depth channel management understanding
- In-depth business acumen and healthcare industry insights
- consulting, strategic development, commercial /channel management , sales & marketing, or macro-government affairs background preferred, at least 6 years MNC related working experiences
- MBA necessary
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
