Description

Role Overview:

This individual ensures flawless execution of the Matrix pad supply chain to Omrix and facilitates necessary communication between supply sites, suppliers, transportation, and distribution groups to deliver customer service commitments. The Matrix Program Leader will partner with other leaders within the extended Matrix supply chain to ensure the successful launch of the Matrix product and to ensure that compliance, service, and financial targets are maintained throughout the product's life.

The individual will drive service levels and quality of execution with target inventory to meet the Ethicon Wound Care Franchise objectives. The individual will influence decisions and gain business alignment that drives profitability of the Matrix product. The individual will also lead collaborative efforts across the extended Matrix supply chain to assure a high standard of Customer Service and Supply Chain metrics performance.

Additionally, this individual will be responsible for identifying, justifying, and/or transferring new business opportunities to the Neuchatel site and for ensuring their successful integration into the existing organization meeting all compliance, service, and financial commitments.

Responsibilities:

· Interface with the Matrix supply chain leaders (suppliers, customers, transportation, etc.) to ensure the successful launch, and longevity, of the Matrix product

· Execute plans to improve flow of products, people and information within the extended Matrix supply chain

· Work with other MD&D business leaders to identify and to secure new business opportunities for the Neuchatel site

· Ensure that the Neuchatel site is ready to support the Matrix commercial supply demands

· Improve the FM554 approval process to ensure the success of the Matrix supply chain and the future success of the site

Exigences

· A minimum of a Bachelors degree is preferred

· Leadership experience, in one of the following disciplines, is required: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or New Product Development

· Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies is preferred

· Knowledge of the Matrix manufacturing process, and the functions of the processes supporting the operation, is critical

· Awareness of stakeholders' (including customer, transportation, FOD, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Compliance, and New Product Introduction teams) needs is critical

· Understanding of regulatory and quality/compliance requirements is critical. Experience in a Current Good Manufacturing Process (cGMP) environment preferred

· Ability to communicate, and to develop engagement, through multiple levels of the organization is critical

· Strong written and oral communication in both English and French required

· Leads change, connects with others and shapes the environment

· Demonstrates collaboration skills with ability to be assertive

· Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Shows strong problem solving skills
