Description
· Coordinate the Supply of raw materials for all RM codes based on forecasts and actual consumption of FG manufacturing requirements
· Create and maintain accuracy of purchase orders in the system as well as with the suppliers
· Ensure the daily supply of raw materials for the production lines on schedule and at the planned inventory target levels
· Maintain data integrity on MRP requirements and validate numbers with responsible FG planners for accuracy
· Proactively notify FG Planners if lacks of stock can exist, co-ordinate the manual allocations if necessary
· Follow potential shortages daily and warn its customers create the recovery plan and take corrective action
· Share knowledge and fully support projects according to business needs
· Be the point of contact for RM purchasing to maintain a good flow of communication with other stakeholders in the process
· Creation / Continuous Improvement procedures and participation in continuous improvement processes
· Establish pull processes with external supplier to optimize or reduce inventory levels
· Achieve BP inventory targets including any management reduced targets
· Application of safety procedures relating to the position held
· Practice and follow our CREDO daily
· Back-up other members Supply Chain (according to schedule)
Exigences
· Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC employé de commerce) or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
· Strong analytical skills
· Work independantly
· Project Management
· Good communication skills
· Fluent in French and English
