Sales Manager Material Protection Europe (within Wood Protection & Microbial Control)

The sales manager will be responsible for sales of PMP material protection products for use in Wood Protection and Microbial Control in Europe.

This position will report to the Global Business Unit Leader Wood Protection.

Your Responsibilities:

- Service and grow existing customer base as well as identify/realize new business opportunities.
- Realization of agreed Business Plan in the region .
- Negotiation of legal agreements and commercial conditions with customers.
- Work closely with relevant persons in HQ to determine and support implementation of defined product strategies and launch of new products.

Qualifications


-
You have a Master's degree preferably in chemistry (or equivalent by experience).

-
You are an experienced Sales specialist with a background in Material Protection.

-
You have experience in defining and implementing commercial strategies.

-
You can show demonstrated success in building relationships and conducting business in diverse cultures.

-
A good knowledge of Biocide Product Directives (BPD/Biocide Product Regulations (BPR) is a plus.

-
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must. Fluency in other languages is an asset.

You are willing to travel 40-50% of your time.
