ERP System and Process Analyst

(Temp contract 1 year)

General Summary

The purpose of this post is to be a facilitator between the user, the processes, the systems and IM as well as coordinating, leading and supporting different projects around improvements of system processes (JDE 8.12). It also involves doing the set-up, the development and the testing of planning applications depending on the project initiative.

Apex Application developer and support

- Working closely with Affiliates Services team, country supply chain/customer service groups and SC of MD&D Franchises to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements to manage Design and development of Enhancements, Reports and Interfaces
- A-Z project management: application configurations (sql's, scripts, etc.), prototype testing, systems validation and promotion to production as well end user training

Supply Chain Processes

- Getting clear understandings of Supply Chain processes impacting the European Distribution Organization System.
- Identify gaps, launch process improvement projects to fill in gaps.
- Apply set-up changes or connect with IT group for major modifications.
- Coordinate testings and execute testing as appropriate
- Support and train supply chain JDE 8.12 users' community. Implement solutions or provide corrective actions.
- Providing support and training towards the business community in different issues and projects.Working closely to MD&D Franchises and supply chain community to identify potential need for process improvements

Qualifications


Education and Experience

- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain/Operations or Information Mgnt.
- Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
- Project Management experience is an asset
- General Knowledge of supply chain and planning processes
- Experience with ERP/MRP/APS systems preferred (JDE is a plus)
- Working knowledge of query and database tools or languages (e.g. SQL, MSAccess, etc. )
- Strong skills of MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point, …)
- Fluency in personal computer software (word processing, project planning, presentation, e-mail, flow charts, spreadsheet and database management query tools)
