Main responsibilities

- Assures that the quality and performance of the product are in conformance with the established company and regulatory standards
- Performs assist on laboratory investigations (e.g out specifications, raw material, in process solution.)
- Performs on Laboratory test as Endotoxin, Bioburden and Environmental Monitoring.
- Completes the Laboratory administrative duties for reports.
- Generate, maintain and distribute reports, presentations, records and metrics.
- Documents all information in accordance with Policies and Standards
- Obtain information from different sources to elaborate reports, investigations and metrics.
- Is responsible for assure personal and company's compliance with federal /state / and local regulations, policies and procedures in regards with Health, Safety and Environmental
- Demonstrates proficiency in use of techniques to measure, analyze, improve, and control processes.
- Develop Testing Methodology for Medical Devices
Manager's position: Microbiology Manager

Qualifications


Bachelor degree in Microbiology (Just graduated or within 1 year of have been graduated)

1 year of experience

Master degree in related field of study will be a plus.

Bilingual.

Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets scientific and technical journals, and legal documents. Good -level knowledge of cGMPs and compliance.

Ability to work in a team environment

Develop Testing Methodology for Medical Devices

It is a plus any experience on Quality Assurance or Laboratories

Position based in Cd. Juárez Chihuahua, Mexico, relocation offered.
