Staff Scientist - Liquid Plant QA

Job Responsibilities;

Reporting to the Senior Manager Plant QA, the incumbent will be responsible for leading quality systems and GMP for liquid plant, Subject Matter Expert for finished goods, mixing, storage and packaging line quality assurance for liquid manufacturing plant, ensure all projects are executed and validated in compliance with GMP and J&J policy, QA leader in technology transfer, CIP project and NPD projects and meeting GMPs and APR requirements, and responsible for overall finished goods release from liquid J&J plant.

- Ensure product technology transfer, cost and quality improvement projects and new product launches as per project brief and road map and executed in timely basis.
- Ensure completeness of documentation prior to launch and product release with complete Authorization for Product Release (APR).
- QA leader and representation in NPD, CIP projects
- Vigilance in quality compliance for product recall prevention.
- To enhance technical skill and understand and provide support in GMP, product non-conformance investigation, complaints and CAPA investigation for liquid manufacturing plant.
- Lead in the validation activities for mixing and C&S process as well as lead in productivity improvement activities related to bulk and finish goods quality.
- Lead in implementation and execution of validation program, provide and conduct training on validation requirement as well as validation execution in timely and compliance manner.
- Overall responsible for plant microbiological control and risk assessment. Identifying gap, investigate and analyze potential issue related to plant microbial issue and ensure on time closure for issues identify, MAP, CAPA and prevent reoccurrence and potential microbial failure.

Qualifications


- Bachelors degree or higher in Science or Pharmacy or equivalent with excellent academic background.
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in QA or related fields, preferably in consumer product and/or pharmaceutical company.

Extensive validation experience in consumer product, personal care, and/or pharmaceutical company.

-
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of GMP and/or equivalent Quality Assurance Systems (eg. HACCP, ISO 9002)

Knowledge of Validation Qualification Process; IQ,OQ,PQ.

Strong communication skill with leadership abilities. Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Good command of Thai and English; speaking, reading,and writing, together with computer literacy.
