General description

Strong collaborator of the positioning and support for brand equity building and execution of the marketing plans. Support for the definition of pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocation of the budget accordingly. Execution of the marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership of the business unit team. Accountable for delivering the brand's profit, volume and market share objectives.

Main Responsibilities
- Contributes to executing a marketing plan, strategy, and communications, and creating schedules for product launches
- Support the development and implementation of main ATL strategies driven to the consumer
- Lead the digital strategy to strengthen connection with target consumers
- Flawlessly execute the implementation of sampling, promotions at the POS, education programs, PR by managing effectively suppliers and tracking their performance
- Manage the BME spending to ensure Top & Bottom line results
- Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity and recommend action plans when required
- Support the new product innovation process
- Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria

Cualificaciones

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.

University Degree on Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering

Languages: Fully bilingual English-Spanish
