The role of Strategy Consultant will be to leverage your experience and knowledge of the digital marketplace and customer experience strategies and innovations to lead clients who are in need of our digital marketing, metrics, experience design, development and strategic consulting solutions.
The Strategy Consultant will act as a key member of our strategy teams combining deep knowledge of industry trends, research-based customer insights and team leadership to address complex problems for our clients. This role acts as an expert in developing digitally-focused business and marketing solutions for clients and will support development of the project approach definition and detailed project planning efforts. The Strategy Consultant will be responsible for understanding current market trends, client needs & shaping clientsâ?? views on project deliverables. This position also has responsibility for ensuring delivery of project results in a timely and professional manner, teaming between practitioners, client resources, and third party partners as needed, meeting client business objectives and delivering with high customer satisfaction. This is a consulting services delivery role in complex and integrated environments for large clients.
Typical offerings/engagements include: Digital Business and marketing strategy, Cross-channel user experience strategy, metrics and analytics, user research and testing, user experience design, prototyping, and development across a wide range of business sectors.
The Strategy Consultant will have day-to-day responsibility for client solution development and delivery coordination and will support management of key client relationships. This individual must be capable of working in a time-compressed, highly dynamic & potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure innovative, impactful solutions are developed and milestones and deliverables are achieved.
This position requires 75% travel.
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in delivering digital business and marketing projects and initiatives with tangible results, working across organizational boundaries, and interfacing with client management and executives
- At least 2 years experience in contributing to thought leadership in digital marketing, branding and strategic consulting, facilitation techniques, and leading practices
- At least 2 years experience in demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in delivering digital business and marketing projects and initiatives with tangible results, working across organizational boundaries, and interfacing with client management and executives
- At least 5 years experience in contributing to thought leadership in digital marketing, branding and strategic consulting, facilitation techniques, and leading practices
- At least 3 years experience in demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
