IT Lead - Customer & Logistics Services - Vision Care

We are now recruiting for an AsPac Regional Finance IT Lead, Customer & Logistics Services, to be based in Singapore, Asia Pacific. The IT lead is primarily responsible for the supporting Vision Care's Fusion ERP application for FI/CO processes.

Responsibilities

- Business Relationship Management

Maintain relationship with business, to understand their business strategies, needs and priorities. Maintain a stable and reliable system. The IT lead is the expert on the regional FI/CO business processes, and will work to best apply SAP functionality. Ensure proactive & timely response to all support requests in their application area.

- SAP project implementation

Participate in the on-going SAP project implementation for Asia Pacific region. Focusing on Finance area, major activities include: Work with global project team to complete system development, training, testing, data migration and cutover etc.

- Support legacy systems

Before SAP go-live, support existing Finance legacy systems: eBO (Finance operations) and TM1 (Finance planning). Continue to support TM1 after go-live.

- SAP system support

After SAP go-live, support system operations with Run Support Team, ensure timely resolution of critical issues under SLA.

- Project Planning & Implementation

Participate in the analysis, prioritization, planning and implementation of enhancements & projects. Collect business requirements and validate business process designs in process area. Assist in identifying organizational change requirements. Support the technical team in the design and development of enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces and master data conversions in process area. Work proactively with Global/Regional/Country Finance teams.

- Process/solution standardization

Identify opportunities to standardize and harmonize system set up with regional and global solutions. Maintain integrity of Vision Care global processes, balancing needs of the region & local markets as needed.

Qualifications


- Bachelor degree in Information System or related field, or Finance.
- At least 7 years SAP FI/CO experience.
- Knowledge of Finance planning system such as TM1 is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Finance business processes.
- Good understanding of integration with OTC (Order-to-Cash), Purchasing and Inventory Management processes.
- Experience of working in a compliant environment, familiar with SOX and system validations.
- Experience in managing internal and external resources, addressing issues and resolving problems with minimal supervision.
- Ability and willingness to work effectively under pressure and to complete the tasks required in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of people across multiple countries and functional areas, be able to communicate with management level.

Relationships with others

- Reports to Regional IT Manager, Asia Pacific.
- Supports business in all Finance groups and countries in Asia Pacific region.
