Search and collect the information from the key hospitals and governments which may influence company business; learn and study the government policy, execute and track the strategic projects in key hospitals to create and find opportunities for sales.

Establish and develop good partnership relationship with strategic projects with local government, association and key hospitals

Well identify the need from target hospitals, develop and execute innovative projects; Help sales team to drive the business in those key hospitals (including product access, capping and some risky issue managing etc.) by setting up the effective platform

Set up and perfect effective internal communication process; through regular communication meeting, to understand the different needs of sales team, to help sales team remove work obstacles, to improve sales growth

Key account management, filter and establish key customer data, maintain good relationship through partnership projects and daily visit.

Set up and complete customer data, maintain appropriate visit frequency, establish and maintain good collaborating relationship through professional visit to local related government department (PB, BLSS, SFDA…); participate in local association to ensure a good external environment; develop good partnership relationship with government target customer, establish a smooth, fair communication platform

Try to find opportunities to improve company business base on the analysis of local government policies and regulations, maximize the products in NRDL; Search and collect related information of government drug access approval to ensure the products in NRDLlisted into the PRDL; try to add the products which are unlisted in NRDL into PRDL to get reimbursement rate.

Complete the new products pricing within the set time; support CGA team to defend the price for RX products; defend the price for the products that province and local government set price

Learn, study and influence the related government policies; use the professional knowledge and skill to analyze the impact of the related policies; make plan to lobby and influence policy enactment to improve the business with a compliant model (influencing bidding polices, tracking and influencing the related policies of society and rural healthcare drug list, providing and seeking opportunities for sales to ensure the business not affected by related policies and provide business opportunities) ;

Cooperate with provincial FDA, track product quality post, defend fake drugs and protect intellectual property rights; participate in the handling of office checking, try to minimize the negative impact)

Qualifications


Requirements & Qualifications / ????

At least a university graduate; Medical/Pharmaceutical related preferable;

Minimum of 3 years government affair management experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry; or minimum of 5 years experience of sales manager or product manager in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry

Good English skill both in oral and written; Good computer skill

Good communication skill, good at maintaining relationship, handling complicated affairs, good project management skill, policy analysis skill and professional sensibility
