Description
- Based on identified policy & procedure gap, develop SOP and DCM by following existing Consumer China practice.
- Improve accounting standards and controls in consistent with WWP, ICH & GAAP, ensure control procedures are adequately adopted
- Build up record retention process and procedure, lead the execution accordingly
- Supervise the month end closing, set up the mechanism to translate the data to J&J Bravo required template
- Assist project manager to implement SAP, ensure smooth transition in the system integration.
- Perform monthly BS account analysis with follow up action be well tracked
- Support the internal analysis requirement, and provide accurate data timely

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting. CPA is preferred.
- At least 4+ years experience in finance or accounting
- 1+ years in a management and/or supervisory role is an advantage
- Proficient in accounting & related regulation, CPA/CMA preferred.
- Fluent language skills ( both written and verbal ) in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
