Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is recruiting for a District Manager within the Internal Medicine Retail Sales Force in Ann Arbor, MI.

This position is responsible for leading approximately 8-12 Sales Representatives focused on healthcare providers, physician networks, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders within the market. These sales professionals also work collaboratively with other Internal Medicine and North America Pharmaceutical Sales Forces to support the use of Janssen Pharmaceutical Inc. and Johnson & Johnson products in treating relevant disease states.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree required. M.B.A. or Masters preferred. Position requires at least 3 years' of management experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, other) or successful completion of the 4 phases of the Company's Management Development Program; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Ability to travel as necessary up to 50% or more (some overnight and weekends are required); Pain, cardiology and metabolic experience preferred; Preference with be given to candidates with documented sales results, including examples of company awards. Qualified candidates must reside within or near applicable geography.
