Johnson & Johnson Global Recruiting (GR) is the internal talent acquisition organization of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to be located in Bern, Switzerland, with potential travel to other J&J company sites in Switzerland.
The Recruitment Specialist, a member of the J&J Global Recruiting Team, will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment processes within a Pharma/ R&D environment. Responsibilities will include the following:
-Serve specific internal clients and manage the internal recruitment posting process for J&J businesses in Switzerland, with potential positions in other EMEA countries.
-Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Based Human Resource partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end
-Collaborate in creating staffing plans, develop strategies and implement action plans
-Coach hiring managers or teams on recruitment processes
-Identify and share recruitment best practices across the business
-Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements
-Build and maintain effective partnerships and strong relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, candidates and leaders
-Consult with hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details. Provide candidate offer package recommendation to line manager.
-Check professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures
-Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner
-Ensure that internal roles between legal entities are calibrated and aligned, working closely with the relevant Total Rewards and HR communities

-Ensure end user education and training of hiring managers and BBHR on the Global Recruiting processes and tools.
Qualifications
-A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required, or relevant business experience
-A minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment is required
-Demonstrated capability in recruiting for wide variety of positions in multiple functional disciplines
-Experience of recruitment in a Pharma/ R&D environment a bonus
-Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and the ability to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others, as well as account management and consulting skills required
-Demonstrated ability to apply judgment to ambiguous situations required
-Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information required
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, strong organization skills required
-Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, Employee laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc) required
-Ability to work efficiently within a team
-Project management and time management capabilities
-Ability to speak, read and write fluently in both German and English is required. Knowledge of French would be an asset
-Experience with Taleo or other Applicant Tracking System is an asset
-Experience with Targeted Selection/Behavioral Interviewing
-Experience in partnering with third party vendors as part of the recruiting process
