The Finance Analyst will act as a financial consultant in areas that impact brewery cost of operations and budgeting.
 
Job responsibilities include the following:

*Participate in assigned area of setting budgets and reporting/analysis of specific controllable brewery costs and recognize internal control issues within assigned area and make recommendations to correct them.
*Participate in a team environment and provide support with regard to daily accounting requirements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
*Assist Corporate Tax, Audit, Operations Financial Services, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as necessary to resolve problems, questions, and/or to provide information as required.
   

The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of financial analysis principles and techniques as well as generally accepted accounting principles as they relate to a manufacturing facility.

The Finance Analyst must also have the ability to use computer based decision support systems, and develop end user applications with limited assistance.

Responsibilities include:
*Must have solid communication skills and potential to deal with all levels of plant and corporate analysts.
*Ability to assist other cost analyst and/or operations personnel in the preparation of presentations to appropriate levels within the plant.
*Must have the ability to assist other financial personnel in the development of objectives and design of analytical projects.
*In assigned areas, coach and instruct non-financial personnel with regard to business opportunities and operational alternatives.
*Public accounting experience preferred.
*2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. 
*Participate in measures to drive  efficiencies in waste, labor and maintenance expense 
Education:
*Must have a four-year accounting degree or the equivalent experience.
*CPA preferred.
