- Owns/maintains monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Participate in the reporting requirements as needed for the month end close.
- Develops and maintains financial reporting databases and models/templates.
- Works with all levels of management and teams in the organization.
- Prepares PowerPoint/Excel reports for management meetings.
- Gross margin and variance analysis.
· Works with staff to compile ad hoc reports in a manufacturing environment.
· Works with controller to ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed monthly.
· Works with controller and purchasing to further define policies & procedures.
· Assist with accounts receivable.
· Assist with accounts payable.
· Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and analysis.
· BS/BA in Accounting.
· A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience.
· Advanced Degree.
· Manufacturing experience.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Organized.
· Advanced user in Excel and Power Point and Word.
· Energetic & positive attitude.
