Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.Ouvir
- English (advanced level or fluent)
- Advanced computer proficiency in Windows base programs (word, excel, power point and outlook)
- MS-Project intermediate knowledge or above is desired
- Strong people leadership skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, must be comfortable leading presentations to internal and external customers
- Able to manage multiple activities/tasks and resources at the same time.
- Experience in maintenance area, including people leadership.
- Proficiency with general maintenance industry standards and practices
- Large experience with similar mechanical and/or electrical systems and equipments.
- High level of problem solving skills
- High degree of personal initiative
- Ability to work well in a team environment and a diverse culture, including other regions
- Excellent organization and planning skills
