Qualifications
-Safety Technician, Bachelor's degree in Safety or Environmental Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering w/ Safety or Environmental Specialization course.
- English (basic level or above)
- Advanced computer proficiency in Windows base programs (word, excel, power point and outlook)
- High proficiency in Construction Safety procedures, Elevated Work, Electrical risks including NR10, Emergency response, Risk Management.
- Monsanto Fundamental Requirements & Design Guidelines
- Written and oral communication skills and be comfortable leading presentations to internal customers and contractors
- Able to manage safety task in multiple projects and resources at the same time
- Intermediate knowledge with general industry standards and practices
- Seed manufacturing background is helpful
- High degree of personal initiative
- Ability to work well in a team environment and a diverse culture
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Must have no travels limitation
