Qualifications
Required skills:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field with proven technical systems troubleshooting skills
- 2+ years Experience in cross team coordination and/or release management
- 2+ years Windows and Unix batch / shell scripting
- Able to drive situations when challenged with ambiguity and aggressive timelines
- Able to take general direction and drive to a solution
- Windows Server administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Must be a self starter, collaborate across team boundaries, drive issues to conclusion and hold others accountable for results
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Must be able to successfully manage small to medium sized projects
- Must be able to follow and adhere to Monsanto policies and procedures
Desired skills:
- Prior experience in a senior/lead application development role with Oracle and/or Java, Weblogic/JMS
- Linux and Unix administration
- Experience with Web Services
- ITIL Foundations certification
- SCRUM process training
- PMP certification with emphasis in a technology organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence
