Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
 
  • Bachelors Degree required.  MBA or Masters Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of ten years of professional commercial experience.  Direct selling experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years people management experience
  • Commercial Home Office experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive selling and demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Ability to gain access and influence middle management of strategic accounts
  • Ability to assist in building and implementing long term strategic account plans
  • Proven success in building effective business relationships across large divisions of organizations
  • Demonstrated initiative, self motivation, assertiveness, and results orientation.  High level of energy and commitment
  • Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50%-70% of the time
  • Ability to relocate and live in geography for the role
  • Ability to pass a background check, substance abuse test, and driving record background check (i.e., no recent moving violations, accidents, license suspension, etc.)
