Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required. MBA or Masters Degree is preferred
- Minimum of ten years of professional commercial experience. Direct selling experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years people management experience
- Commercial Home Office experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive selling and demonstrated negotiation skills
- Ability to gain access and influence middle management of strategic accounts
- Ability to assist in building and implementing long term strategic account plans
- Proven success in building effective business relationships across large divisions of organizations
- Demonstrated initiative, self motivation, assertiveness, and results orientation. High level of energy and commitment
- Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%-70% of the time
- Ability to relocate and live in geography for the role
- Ability to pass a background check, substance abuse test, and driving record background check (i.e., no recent moving violations, accidents, license suspension, etc.)
