Required Skills/Experience/Attributes:

·         >1 year of working experience in technology transfer, alliance or M&A

·         Advanced degree in biology related areas and/or MBA

·         Legal/IP training background is a plus

·         Previous experience in cross-functional interactions within multinational companies

·         Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
