The Opportunity

We have an immediate opening for a Sr. Implementation Specialist to partner with multi-disciplinary teams including Claims, Network Development, Contracting, IT , Sales & Marketing and external client representatives to drive the full cycle implementation and ongoing support of new clients and the conversion and/or renewal of current clients.  Specific responsibilities include:

·        Develop and execute client implementation plans for new network clients, current client conversions, and/or significant renewal changes to meet specified and time sensitive deadlines,

·        Resolve complex client issues related to benefit plan set-up, claims processing, configuration issues, and other service opportunities,

·        Build, strengthen and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction,

·        Oversee the preparation and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines and resource lists for implementation team assignments.

·        Provide quality management to ensure client system configuration errors are identified and corrected prior to the live implementation date.

·        Present implementation plans to prospective client and brokers/consultants.
