Description

McNeil, a member of Johnson & Johnson Family of companies is currently recruiting an EH&S Senior Coordinator, to be located in Fort Washington, PA.

McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc markets a broad range of over-the-counter products, including TYLENOL® acetaminophen products, ZYRTEC® and BENADRYL® allergy medicines, IMODIUM® A-D anti-diarrheal, MOTRIN® IB, ROLAIDS® antacid products, and SUDAFED® nasal decongestants.

The Senior Coordinator will support the EHS functions by performing routine tasks associated to the compliance of federal, state and local laws and regulation related to environmental, health and safety as well as Johnson & Johnson EHS guideline. This individual will assist with recommended content changes in the industrial hygiene component of the environmental health and safety management policy and programs. (EHS Training, Collection of Environmental data, EPA testing or monitoring). This role will assist self- audits to indentify program specific deficiencies and areas of risk to review aspect/impact. He/she will assist in technical expert for environmental, health and safety programs at a site. He/she will partner with site management for industrial hygiene surveys and monitoring. This person will assist the emergency response team, regulatory audits, J&J assessment, ISO audit, SWPPT and participates on site environmental health and safety committees. This person will monitor hazardous and non hazardous waste disposal programs. He/she will coordinates waste management programs to ensure waste materials are appropriately stored, shipped, tracked, and disposed or recycled in compliance with regulatory and corporate require. The Coordinator will perform environmental, safety and industrial hygiene evaluations and participates in external audits/inspections by OSHA, ISO 14001, MAARS and state regulatory agencies at regional J&J facilities. This individual will assures all records are properly maintained and reports are prepared / submitted in a timely manner. This person will conduct Ergonomic assessment using J&J tool as EJA (Ergonomic Job Analysis) and conduct EHS training to affected departments.

Qualifications


A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of years of relevant experience OR 5 years of relevant experience is required. Knowledge of EH&S Regulations is required. This person must possess a Quality mindset and have a compliance orientation. A sense of urgency and the ability to be results and performance driven is required. This role will be based in Fort Washington, PA.
