Mentor Worldwide LLC, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a WW Group Product Director, Facial Aesthetics located in Santa Barbara, CA.

The company has products and services in three areas of aesthetics: breast (augmentation and reconstruction), body and face.
Mentor Worldwide, a leader in the aesthetics market, is planning to expand its presence into the $2+ billion facial aesthetic market. The Group Product Director, WW facial aesthetics is responsible for developing and executing key components of our market entry. Specific responsibilities include commercial deployment strategy, scientific communication strategy, KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) management, consumer marketing, and global training strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategic plan to expand product portfolio in facial aesthetics, including collaboration with New Business Development. Coordinate all commercial activities for the entire facial aesthetics portfolio. Accountable for launch execution and sales performance of all product launches, globally. Partner with KOLs for input in strategic direction, product pipeline, education programs, publication strategy and commercial execution. Identify opportunities for maximizing revenue within existing portfolio. Partner with Sales Training department for design and implementation of programs. Partner with Sales leadership team in each region for design and implementation of optimal commercial presence. Partner with Professional Education department for designing professional education strategy. Partner with Global Strategic Insights to efficiently generate global market insights, including market research projects. Establish direct to consumer communication program. Incorporate toxin launch plan into overall facial aesthetics strategy
Launch facial filler portfolio and develop product launch packages including positioning, pricing, promotional strategy, competitive information, key features/benefits and overall strategy and manage seamless handover to the Regional Marketing teams. Understand and report on leading techniques, including direct and indirect competing products. Develop relationships with key industry opinion leaders to anticipate and respond to key clinical, technical and market changes. Capture "Voice of the Customer" needs and provides input to key stakeholders (R&D, Business Development and Global Marketing) on products and service needs. Attend key industry meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required. MBA strongly preferred. Marketing experience with a preference for having both upstream and in-market commercial experience is required. Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of related work experience in the healthcare arena is required. Prior experience in dermatology or aesthetic market is preferred. Demonstrated leadership in marketplace assessment, product positioning and brand management for pipeline products are required. Experience collaborating with key commercial functions such as sales management, sales training, and global strategic insight is required. Communication skills in multiple settings: sales force, external partners, marketing teams, and senior leadership are required. Experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on objectives is required. Experience piloting and expanding marketing programs based on successful results. Ability to use PC and associated software is necessary. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required. Clinical aptitude is an asset. Ability to work effectively with peers both internally and externally. This position is based in Santa Barbara, CA and may require 30% travel to include weekends to attend conferences and events.
