The Business Analytics Intern is responsible for developing, quantifying and transforming of internal and external information into business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the global franchise organization and drive operational excellence thru partnerships with Global Marketing and R&D teams. Other key responsibilities include: data and technology management (data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting); Supporting internal reporting and analytics requirements to provide insights to support growth; Conduct processes to look at incoming data stream to see patterns of interest and manage the development of tools that utilize information in real-time, analyzing, discovering and following through with the appropriate action to drive improvements to the business; Work closely with strategic program leads and support operations to help drive continuous improvement in our ability to execute, measure, and refine our ability to meet our customers' needs.

Qualifications


In order to be eligible for this position, MBA candidates must be between their first and second year of study, currently enrolled in an accredited, full-time MBA Program and graduate by Summer 2014. Strong Analytical skills are required. Working knowledge of concepts and principles of business metrics and analytical techniques/tools; Understanding of business intelligence and reporting; Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and solid project management skills is required. International or multicultural experience is preferred.
