Shopper Category Manager (Madrid)-00000A25

Description

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Spain, is searching for a Shopper Category Manager to be based in Madrid, who will report into a Sr Shopper Category Manager within our Sales organization.

Key responsibilities of this position are:
- Developing Shooper strategies and plans and coordination of promotion, price, distribution and point of sales Campaigns for a brand or group of brands (LISTERINE).
- Developing and reviewing sales budgets
- Point of sales and promotions budget variations control
- P&L responsibility for assigned brands
- Partnership projects with different customers of category management plans for specific category account.

Cualificaciones

1.Shopper and customer knowledge:
- Spanish trade enviornment knowledge
- Understanding of local and international shopper tools as: Kantar, Nielsen, Mirrow, and specific shopper studies.
- Ability to identify specific shopper insights to develop channel and customer action plans.
- Analysis of internal and external information to build up recommendations to develop short and long term strategy.

2.Business plan:
- Lead the development of strategies and brand shopper plans meeting NTS and objectives for the brand.
- Implement the brand plans with an excellent execution, leadership and direction to the other departments. This includes the development and deployment of shopper specific in store campaigns, in store materials, share of space, promotional and loyalty strategy, price recommendation…
- Brand NTS forecasting and P&L ownership in collaboration with marketing and sales team:
- Monthly analysis of actual outcome with marketing and demand
- Sales forecasting to 6 months ahead with marketing and demand
- Participation in the monthly forecast meeting
- Promotional activity strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree (Económicas, Empresariales,...)

Fluid English and Spanish

MS Office (Excel, PWP, Outlook, Access...)

MBA or Marketing and Sales Master (to be highly consider)

3/4 years experience/background in related field (to be highly consider)

European work permit/VISA
