Provides leadership and oversight for development of RCMs for brewery equipment. Leads and manages condition based maintenance (CBM) specialist team and work practices.
Leads reliability improvements initiatives. Facilitates problem solving and failure investigations. Leads and manages asset care and maintenance infrastructural support.
Oversees the general compliance of the following processes: asset management, RAMS, working capital spare parts, enterprise asset management (EAM) system and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Responsible for spare parts working capital across the brewery and overall vendor assessment programs and Asset Care Electronic Data Systems.
Responsible to build capability in asset care processes by providing training and employee development.
Is responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors Quality Management System including SQF, HACCP and GMP to ensure safety and quality of MillerCoors products.
Education level and/or experience
- BS or BA in engineering or related equivalent technical experience
- 5 or more years in engineering or manufacturing in asset care and management
Skills and/or knowledge
- Must have a thorough understanding of the RCM process to include partitioning, failure mode identification, cause and effect analysis, determination of probability and consequence of failures, the use of MSG III decision logic, writing appropriate tasks to mitigate identified failures and the smoothing of tasks.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of CMMS (SAP or MAXIMO).
- Must have a thorough knowledge of generic problem solving and in particular the 5 WHY process.
- Must have a good understanding of MCMW.
- Must have a good understanding of asset management and its various components and organization.
- Must have a good understanding of condition monitoring principles, tools and application.
