The Manufacturing Systems Integration Engineer provides system and process design expertise to deliver integrated systems to support our supply chain processes across the plant.  The role partners with corporate information and manufacturing systems teams, utilizing agreed/standard technologies to deliver process improvements through innovation and process optimization.  The role is responsible for the planning, delivery and support of computer based technology for both business and production related processes in the brewery. 

The successful candidate will ensure that problems and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner aligned to agreed service level agreements.  The role will also assist in the implementation of the MillerCoors systems strategy, including project management.

Additionally, the role will work with our corporate systems teams and plant manufacturing systems groups to optimize our processes, architectures, application and technologies.  While also collaborating to generate practices and standards in forums/councils which are utilized to improve the manufacturing systems performance and best practices. 

The role is also responsible for the safety and quality of our productes by adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors Safe Quality Food guidelines.


Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.

Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; consumer package goods experience a plus.
 
Skills and/or Knowledge:
Indepth systems technology skills across multiple platforms and technologies, including the ability to diagnose operating systems/hardware errors and their resolution.
à   Manufacturing Networks and Architectures
à   Microsoft Windows Server and Client Administration
à   Microsoft Sql Server, Visual Basic, .NET, Excel
à   Systems Integration using OPC Interfaces
à   Knowledge of S88 and S95 standards
à   GE Proficy and Plant Historian (OSI PI, GE Historian) experience preferred
à   Experience with Rockwell and Emerson DeltaV Controls platforms preferred
 
Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of plant and corporate personnel, including suppliers and vendors.
