Essential Functions:
- Lead a cross-functional line of business project implementation team with multiple regions
- Negotiate agreement on project schedule and budgets
- Develop and maintain the project plan
- Manage moderately complex projects
- Develop implementation solutions that align with strategic direction and standards
- Complete components of the business case.
- Convert business cases to business plans.
- Manage risk issues and participate in the application of the risk management process
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with client project team staff
- Demonstrate the application of approved project management methods and business methods
- May develop and execute user training plans
- Coordinate the collection and validation of business requirements and feasibility assessments
- Determine the impact of current/existing technologies on the project and communicate impact to sponsors
- Manage the overall resource capacity (supply) and scheduled work (demand) for the delivering organization including forecasting and impact assessment
- Manage project close-out activities
- Develop and conduct post-implementation review and lessons learned
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 or more years ofproject management experience
- 4 year degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Understand all project life cycle phases and applies knowledge in the delivery of at least onephase of the project delivery life cycle
- Understand and applies knowledge of change management process on projects
