Required Skills:
- BS in Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or comparable work experience in Agriculture/Biotechnology
- PC Proficient-a strong working knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other Microsoft software
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Self starter and be able to work alone or as a part of a team
Desired Skills:
- MS or PhD in Biology or Plant Sciences
- Experience with agricultural research
- Training experience
- Familiarity with common software development processes
- Experience in driving change management
