Qualifications
Required (Basic/Minimum Qualifications)
· BA/BS in Supply Chain Management/Business/Engineering or related field required with MBA preferred
· Successful 5+ year track record in a Global Procurement Organization or equivalent manufacturing process experience
· Expert in partnering, supplier quality, continuous improvement, influence at all levels of the organization, cross-functional teaming
· Ability to work successfully in a heavily matrixed environment/ Ability to work effectively across global and business matrixes
· Results Orientation
· Ability to draw insights from data quickly and to design analyses
· Comfort/familiarity with constructing presentations, organization communications, and business cases
· Strong ability to build relationships and networks in the community and within the Monsanto organization across multiple functions and at leadership levels
· Ability to motivate others and navigate teams through ambiguity
· Demonstrated strategic skills; ability to transform general goals in to actionable plans.
· Strong analytical capabilities
- Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt
- Strong detail orientation and cost reduction/process improvement focus
- Supervisory or management experience
