Manages & influences large, complex projects or programs w/ regional (or multi-regional) impact & scope. Maintains & supports a culture of compliance, ethics & integrity. Maintains knowledge of policies & procedures & performs in accordance w/ the Principles of Responsibilities & applicable regulatory requirements, external laws & accreditation standards. Appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.
Essential Functions:
- Consulting & Relationship BuildingFacilitates collaboration w/ diverse groups & individuals to influence strategic planning & execution
- Develops, maintains & effectively manages client relationships at all levels across the organization
- Identifies industry trends, conducts research to understand key issues, & applies to KP
- Develops & manages project plans, including defining deliverables, key milestones & critical path
- Develops project outcome success measures
- Identifies project barriers/constraints/risks & provides recommendations to mitigate
- Formulates project methodologies & communication plans
- Facilitates improvement efforts, & develops implementation recommendations
- Effectively manages multiple projects & prioritizes work based on strategic objectives
- Aligns projects w/ strategic objectives & identifies opportunities to increase efficiencies, cost-effectiveness, quality & service
- Develops models to project impact of projects on resources
- Other duties as assigned
- In addition to defined technical requirements, accountable for consistently demonstrating service behaviors & principles defined by the KP Service Quality Credo, the KP Mission as well as specific departmental/organizational initiatives
- Also accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, & behaviors necessary to provide superior & culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, & to purchasers, contracted providers & vendors

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of project management experience which includes management of large-scope, complex projects
- Related bachelor's degree, e.g. business, health care management
- Exceptional communication, influencing & partnering skills at all organizational levels required
- Extensive knowledge of health care issues & the health care industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience preferably in health care
- Master's degree preferred
