Cilag AG is an international development and production company in the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson, based in Schaffhausen Switzerland.

In the department Quality Systems we are currently working on lean projects to streamline the Quality Systems team. To aid in the redesign of the department, we are looking for a:

Trainee (m/f).

Responsibilities:
- Standardize data collection and reporting from all departments for product quality review
- Write first draft of product quality reports for all products
- Gather data for management review on a quarterly basis
- Work with local Quality owners to review and bring up to date agreements

Qualifications


For this position we are looking for a self-motivated and trustworthy person with attention to detail, who tackles his/her tasks in a goal-oriented manner. The following hard skills are preferred:
- Completed studies or current student in pharmaceutical sciences
- Good English and German language skills (speaking and writing)
- User knowledge of MS office
- Ideally experience with SAP
