We are recruiting an Compliance Lead for our corporate headquarters based in Wokingham, Berkshire to ensure compliance activities are embedded in our standard processes, monitored and met across all Order to Cash activities including the Customer Service & Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable and Pricing functions for our Global Surgery and Global Orthopaedics businesses whilst providing ongoing guidance and consultation services to the functions.

Business partner supporting Customer Service and Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable and Pricing functions working in conjunction with the local Compliance team.

Main Responsibilities

Lead to ensure that CSC Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) commitments are met for Global Surgery and Global Orthopaedics including documentation, process reviews and management of SOX key control testing

Focus on aligning compliance activities across Global Surgery and Global Orthopaedics processes

SOX Document Control Matrix owner for the Revenue and Inventory Non Manufacturing cycles

-
Accountable for compliance aspects including profile awareness and conducting training sessions

Maintains and issues daily SOX reports

Provides business support around process implementation and process gap analysis

Standard Operating Procedures review and maintenance

-
Leads Distributor/Wholesaler reviews

Engages in mock audits

-
Oversees compliance aspects of consignment process

Key support for Internal Audit process

Key support and contact for Health Care Compliance

-
Key involvement in CSC Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) management and review

Other Compliance related ad hoc requests, as required.

Proactive process improvement in a matrix function

Ensure Stakeholders understand compliance responsibilities

Lead SOX Key user group in Customer Services

Escalate issues effectively

The Compliance Lead will be an integral member of the Customer Services related teams working closely as a business partner ensuring all compliance related activities are facilitated and managed.

The main ERP systems are:
- JDE 8.12 OTC - Revenue Cycle Compliance and audit
- JDE 8.12 OTC - Integrations - Project Management and Testing
- JDE 8.12 OTC - Operational support , Upgrade and Regression Testing
- Contract Manager

Qualifications


Knowledge / Experience / Skills required

The key requirements for this role are:
- Compliance experience essential e.g. SOX, Regulatory
- Experience in the Order to Cash and Revenue Cycle processes.
- Experience in an industrial / commercial environment
- Experience with corporate accounting systems (e.g. JDE) and proficient spreadsheet skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a complex organisation
- An ability to work with and influence internal customers
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
