Johnson & Johnson IT Shared Services, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for an IT Lead, Project Management, Global Portfolio Services located in Raritan, NJ.

This position will be responsible for project management in the Integrated Services Management Portfolio helping to lead the delivery effort across multiple projects. The ISM Portfolio has responsibility for projects related to the Service Management Platform (Iris.) The focus of the projects is platform maturity and integration with other systems and processes. The candidate will be responsible for working with project teams to ensure delivery, tracking status, and escalating issues & risks for discussion and resolution.

Responsibilities include: Project management and responsibility for the delivery of the solution. Monitoring and tracking progress against tasks as well as helping to define scope, creating the project schedule and managing to budget. Maintaining communication of progress and issues that hinder the progress. Craft and deliver presentations and dashboards.

Qualifications


This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience using a structured methodology is required. Familiarity with complex IT project management such as programs spanning multiple years and annual budgets exceeding $5 million is preferred. This position requires the understanding of technology. This position requires the ability to partner and integrates across other areas of IT. Strong teamwork and communication/information sharing skills are required for this role as well as strong influencing skills. Candidates are required to possess a strong sense of urgency and possess strong written and verbal communications skills. This position will be based in Raritan, NJ.
