As the Sales & Marketing Associate for International Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Support Animas in continued growth in International markets

Lead the day-to-day distributor operations, organize meetings and planning cycle in order to meet our annual goals.

Help manage the internal ecosystem, ensuring input and alignment of Animas Global Marketing, customer support, Finance and Supply Chain, operations in West Chester and Animas Canada where relevant.

Provide support in the development and completion of marketing material & online content via the copy approval process.

Work with the Animas Canada marketing team to help develop tools and programs that can then be shared with International markets.

Qualifications


To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education and experience

Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline is required

1-3 years prior experience in sales marketing or prior experience with distributors is required.

Ability to work in a team environment and exhibit leadership skills is required.

Ability to display creativity in finding solutions to problems or ways around obstacles is required.

Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical skills and advanced computer skills specifically MSOffice is required.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
