Required Skills:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 10 years experience as a Software Architect
  • 5 years experience as a Mobility Architect
  • Demonstrate past experience in the following areas:
    • Application development using either JAVA, ObjectiveC, or HTML 5
    • Mobile security
    • Mobile device management
    • Mobile devices
    • Wireless communication
    • Operating systems and related technologies for IOS, Android, Windows Mobile
    • Agile development
    • Integrating mobility management solutions with other corporate systems (eg. Active Directory, exchange)
  • Demonstrate in depth understanding of:
    • Leading edge architecture and design patterns, programming practices, development standards, and testing methodologies
    • Industry trends, development products and environments, as well as best practices for mobile application design and development
    • Mobile device and application security vulnerabilities and technical solutions to mitigate them
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Create a project plan, manage deadlines against that plan, and deliver quality results
    • Work effectively within a matrix culture
    • Communicate complex, technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors, and internal resources in clear, concise language that is tailored to each group
