Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10 years experience as a Software Architect
- 5 years experience as a Mobility Architect
- Demonstrate past experience in the following areas:
- Application development using either JAVA, ObjectiveC, or HTML 5
- Mobile security
- Mobile device management
- Mobile devices
- Wireless communication
- Operating systems and related technologies for IOS, Android, Windows Mobile
- Agile development
- Integrating mobility management solutions with other corporate systems (eg. Active Directory, exchange)
- Demonstrate in depth understanding of:
- Leading edge architecture and design patterns, programming practices, development standards, and testing methodologies
- Industry trends, development products and environments, as well as best practices for mobile application design and development
- Mobile device and application security vulnerabilities and technical solutions to mitigate them
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Create a project plan, manage deadlines against that plan, and deliver quality results
- Work effectively within a matrix culture
- Communicate complex, technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors, and internal resources in clear, concise language that is tailored to each group
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Agriculture or Biotech industries

- Excellent personal presence with proven ability to work with all levels of management
