Qualifications
Required Skills:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS (or related field)
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Scrum Master experience
- Understanding of Lean principles
- Strong leadership, project management, time management and problem solving skills
Desired Skills:
- MS in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS (or a related field) or MBA
- Experience developing software in accordance with government regulations such as those created by the EPA and FDA
- Certified Scrum Master
- Technology savvy - a background in software engineering is beneficial (particularly Java)
