Job description

The Curam Senior Consultant, by virtue of their experience and their exposure to a variety of project areas, will assume a key role on client assignments. They develop deep expertise in the Curam Business Application Suite (CBAS) and work with clients and/or systems integration partners on requirements definition/elaboration, functional design, fit/gap, CBAS configuration, and testing.

Responsibilities:
· Gather and/or define requirements, often through interviews and facilitating meetings with client subject matter experts.
· Lead fit/gap sessions that map requirements to standard CBAS features and functions.
· Recommend Cúram application/functional extensions, as necessary, to client solution requirements.
· Develop functional designs associated with the extensions.
· Configure the CBAS to meet client requirements.
· Serve as a conduit between Curam technical staff and client subject matter experts when the Curam technical staff develop extensions.
· Plan and execute tests to verify the solution is properly configured and extended to meet requirements.
· Provide information on the Cúram data model and explain entities and attributes in the model and the relationships between them.
· To uphold the same professional standards and work ethic expected of all our consultancy staff and to lead by example when working with less experienced staff.
· To build a high level of trust and confidence with partners and clients in relation to their knowledge of the business issues at hand and of Cúram and the proposed solutions.

This is a worldwide role and candidates will need to travel extensively. Must be willing to work outside the US including Saudi Arabia

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years experience in A business consultant type of role working for a large IT consulting firm, software company, private sector organization, or public sector agency.
  • At least 3 years experience in Proven ability in the areas of written communication and presentation delivery
  • At least 3 years experience in Business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and mapping or solution design (Gap Analysis) techniques.
  • At least 3 years experience in Screen design and storyboarding
  • At least 3 years experience in Quality assurance activities and test case develop
  • At least 3 years experience in Ability to lead JAD sessions
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Fluent


Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Analyst or consultant in a large professional services organization
  • At least 3 years experience in An understanding of the core functionality or the associated business processes of human services (e.g., welfare, medical assistance, child protection, child support, or health insurance)
  • At least 3 years experience in Working with ERP or package (COTS) software. ERP or COTS software includes, but is not limited to, products from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Seibel, Lawson, Harmony, CGI, etc
