Job description

The SAP Business Intelligence HANA Associate Partner is responsible for business development (sales) and delivery of the HANA solutions involving technology, process and organizational change initiatives of IBMâ??s clients. During the sales cycle the consultant will develop business value propositions, business cases, solution strategies, roadmaps and ultimately the proposal. As the delivery lead this resource will have accountability for managing scope, issues/risks, timelines, financials and quality deliverables of engagements. This is a hands-on consulting sales & delivery role providing leadership & direction to the team as well as managing client relationships.

Business Intelligence HANA engagements may span data management, datawarehousing and reporting/analytics domains and the consultant is expected to provide solution knowledge across these domains to our clients. The consultant must be able to understand business challenges and translate them into value add business intelligence solutions. Consultant should be very familiar with SAPâ??s product roadmap for Business Intelligence solutions (including SAP BI/BW, Business Objects, BPC, HANA, etc.). Proven thought leadership in BI, demonstrated by whitepapers, presentations at Industry and/or SAP events is preferred.

Consultant should have at least one HANA project experience, and should be able to articulate to clients the pros and cons of HANA, strategy to implement HANA as stand alone data mart, HANA with BW and HANA with Business Suite. He/She should also be knowledgable in best practices around data provisioning, data modelling and data extraction from HANA.

This position requires excellent communication skills, ability to interact with senior managers and executives of client companies and a proven track record of selling, managing and implementing change in complex businesses. The candidate must be a team player, able to lead or manage a project as well as be able to work independently. 100% travel required.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Experience leading and managing large complex SAP BI solutions
  • At least 5 years experience in Experience with Business Intelligence business development (presentations, business cases, proposals)
  • At least 1 year experience in Training and actual experience on SAP HANA
  • Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Intermediate


Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 10 years experience in Experience leading and managing large complex SAP BI solutions
  • At least 7 years experience in Experience with Business Intelligence business development (presentations, business cases, proposals)
