As a Territory Manager for DePuySynthes, reporting to the Regional Business Manager your key responsibilities will be to create and develop customers, manage your territory as if it were your own business. That'll mean maintaining major customers and core business whilst developing new business strategies, including acquisition of competitor business and adoption of our premium technologies. Specifically this will involve:
· Sell product portfolio and services to Surgeons, Theatre Staff, and Non Clinical Stakeholders such as procurement.
- Maintain and grow the business as defined by the individual territory business plan and sales growth targets.
- Develop a portfolio of territory Key Opinion Leaders across the product portfolio.
Qualifications
You must have a proven sales track record within the medical devices and diagnostics arena but this is not essential and a good understanding of the operating theatre environment would be beneficial. You must be able to function at high level whilst working alone and have a strong affinity for teamwork, combined with entrepreneurial behavior, excellent negotiating skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships with key customers. Balancing the need to be self-driven and highly competitive yet customer-centric.
