Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Director [Vision Care], the role manages the Supply Chain (MAKE) Operations Finance team (4), supporting Jacksonville Manufacturing Operations, FOD and SC Quality teams. This entails driving and supporting, Operational Business Planning and associated Forecast Updates, Capital Projects and Cost Improvement Programs [CIPs]. In addition, the SC Ops Finance Mgr will be responsible for Operational Accounting Close activities and associated SOX compliance for the Jacksonville SC site operation. Ad hoc support and input will be required in pursuit of business development opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications


A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A MBA, CMA or other advanced degrees are preferred. A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience is required. Prior experience in a Financial Operations role with exposure to inventory and cost accounting is highly preferred. A combination of experience in a Healthcare/Medical Device Manufacturing Company and Public Accounting experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong Microsoft Excel skills are required. Strong Financial and Accounting skills coupled with leadership skills and excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
