Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a scientific/engineering background with significant programming experience.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Key competencies required of this position include strong communication skills, willingness to work with the client base, results orientation, customer focus, teamwork, and problem solving experience with data collection and management in a research and development setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Technologies such as VB, VBA (excel), C#, C/C++, C++/CLI, relational databases (Oracle) and various automation related technologies.
- System software integration engineering experience
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience with advanced software engineering concepts and modeling tools
- Experience with engineering software tools
- Experience in the development of advanced software systems is strongly preferred
- Strong management skills
