KP Information Security Identity Access Management is seeking a Services Support Analyst who will support Windows Elevated Access Manager (WEAM) infrastructure.
Job Summary:
As Services Support Analyst for IAM Services team, you will support Windows Elevated Access Manager (WEAM) infrastructure. You will perform first level problem determination and resolution. You will mentor other team members and help in formulating best practices and implementing them. You will be on call duty roster for off hour support.You will ensure all service requests follow standard procedures to support all reporting requirements. You will be responsible for deployment of changes based on compliance or other requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Provide leadership and technical support for WEAM infrastructures.
- Ensure WEAM infrastructure availability to meet SLA over 99.99%
- Define and improve various operation related processes.
- Interface with team members and partners of varied levels from across the organization to ensure that business requirements are met without compromising availability and security.
- Perform second level problem determination and resolution; collaborate with technical peers to identify root cause of issues and provide appropriate resolutions
- Deploy and support of vendor products
- Mentor other support engineers.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years Information Technology (IT) experience including design, development, implementation, communication, and operations.
- A minimum of 4 or more years of experience in Windows 2003/2008 operating system, administration or security.
- Strong working knowledge of standards and protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, SMTP, HTTP
- Possess knowledge of and experience with, Avecto Privilege Guard, McAfee ePO, Active Directory security configurations, Authentication Methods, Kerberos, SSO, and role-based access.
- Background and knowledge in Identity and Access Management or security in general.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows Privilege Management including any of the following Vendors / products: Beyond Trust, Avecto, AppSense, McAfee
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration
