Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- BS degree in Agronomy or related fields of study
- Ability to work extended hours during the peak planting, pollinating and harvest seasons
- Experience utilizing MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
- Basic knowledge of corn production and farming practices, as well as, farm equipment operation
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with breeding methodologies is desired
- Crop production experience, as well as, farm equipment operation and repair experience.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2000.
- Pesticide applicator license or the ability to obtain.
