Qualifications
Your profile:
- You have a bachelor or University degree (Agricultural related)
- You have preferably two year's of commercial or private crop production experience. Newly graduate candidates, with internship experience and the right skill set and attitude, are also taken into consideration.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken Ukrainian language. You have good English skills or knowledge that you can improve rapidly.
- You have above average negotiation skills and very successful in establishing and maintaining good relationships with several business partners (grower, tollers, etc.)
- You are flexible with a ‘can do' mindset.
- You master at least basic computer skills: e-mail, Microsoft office.
