- Degree in plant science or AG-related discipline with strong IT skills or degree in computer science with proven experience in the seed business.
- Proven ability in data and process management.
- Good problem solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; other European languages are an asset.
- Must be a self-starter as well as being a good team player with good diversity awareness.
- Effective organizational skills with eye for detail and for the big picture.
